Cooking in Teams with Benno
On a Thursday evening in January, we set off already with a bit of appetite and curious about what was in store for us. Dressed in bold red chef’s hats and aprons, four groups are each in charge of preparing a starter, soup, main course and dessert. We merrily chopped, kneaded, fried, stirred and most importantly, laughed a lot. We were all deeply impressed by the dishes we had lovingly prepared and ate with relish. During the meal, Benno amusingly explained the rules of etiquette set by Adolph Franz Friedrich Ludwig Baron Knigge. Well-fed and with ideas for recipes, we made our way back home. A huge thankyou to Benno and his hard-working helpers – we did an excellent job of cooking as a team.
